Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CocBases Layouts (https://cocbaseslayouts.com), operated by Kumar Sambhav.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CocBases Layouts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Supercell Fan Content & Trademarks
Clash of Clans and its respective logos, game assets, building images, and characters are trademarks of Supercell Oy. CocBases Layouts is an independent third-party community portal created under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell, and Supercell is not responsible for its content or operation.
3. Use of Base Copy Links
All Clash of Clans base layout links are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we verify and test layouts for defensive performance in CWL and trophy pushing, CocBases Layouts does not guarantee specific in-game victory outcomes or defensive win rates.
Supercell periodically updates building counts, defense levels, and game balance. Some older layout links may expire or require minor building adjustments in the in-game village editor.
4. User Content Submissions
By submitting a base layout to CocBases Layouts, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and distribute the layout link and screenshot to the public. You represent that you are the creator or have the right to share the layout link.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CocBases Layouts, its owner Kumar Sambhav, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website.
